Perfecting several legal provisions on protecting endangered, precious and rare wildlife

Abstract

The paper figures out some limitations and inadequacies in legal provisions on the fight against crimes of protecting endangered, precious and rare wildlife. Therefore, the author proposes several solutions to perfect these regulations that contributes to the prevention, combating and handling  wildlife-related offences effectively.
