Identifying law violations on anti-corruption in joint-stock commercial banks – Reasons and solutions

Abstract

Recently, the anti-corruption activities in the banking system has been increasingly strengthened and shown to be effective. However, it has still witnessed law violations on anti-corruption in joint stock commercial banks. The article points out reasons of law violations on anti-corruption in joint-stock commercial banks and then proposes some solutions to this problem.
