Legal matters on protecting consumer rights in pharmaceutical business and recommendations

Abstract

Due to challenges of international intergration process, a number of regulations on protecting consumer rights have gradually revealed limitations that affects the effeciency of protecting consumer rights in general and in the pharmaceutical business in particular. The article sheds light on shortcomings and inadequacies of legal regulations on protecting consumer rights in pharmaceutical business, then proposes recommendations.
