A number of difficulties in Vietnamese legal provisions on property auction

Abstract

Recently, it has been familiar in property auctions generally and commodity auctions particularly. The development of a legal system governing auction plays an important role in the organization and management of subjects participating in auction activities; creating a strict legal corridor regulating the order and procedures of auction activities; reduce risks and create a legal basis to protect the main interests of the subjects participating in this activity. However, the legal regulations still remains a number of shortcomings which causes unnecessary conflicts and disputes.
