Discussion on contracts for land use right lease

Abstract

Land use right lease contract is one of the common contracts in civil transactions on land and has its own characteristics. Within the scope of the article, the author briefly discusses the land use right lease contract, the current status of legal regulations on land use right lease contract, thereby making some recommendations to improve legal provisions on this type of contract.
