Laws on entering labor contracts to enterprises managers and some recommendations

Abstract

The enterprise manager is a concept that has been studied and applied for a long time in legal science and practice. However, this concept has not been clearly understood in Vietnam's labor law as well as consistent with the law on enterprises. The article sheds light on legal issues about the specificity in applying labor contracts to enterprises managers; points out inadequacies in practical application and proposes recommendations to improve the law on entering into labor contracts for enterprise managers.
