New points on labor contracts under current labor law

Abstract

The 2019 Labor Code includes XVII chapters and 220 articles, in which Chapter III from Article 13 to Article 58 regulates on labor contract. The paper fingers out new points of the 2019 Labor Code compared to the 2012 one, evaluates its pros and cons on labor contracts. Thereby, the author proposes some recommendations to complete the regulations on labor contracts in the 2019 Labor Code.
