Crime of disturbing public order – Recognizing signs, current situation and solutions in Hanoi city

Abstract

The crime of disturbing public order means acts of disturbing public order that serious infringe upon social relations in the public domain, violating the legitimate rights and interests of the State and people, expressing the contempt for social disregard for social discipline and the State’s laws. The article studies the signs of the crime of disturbing public order, surveys the current state of public order crimes in Hanoi in the period of 2017 - 2021, and gives comments on the difficulties in fighting and prevention as well as adjudicating this crime, thereby proposing solutions to strengthen prevention and adjudicating for this type of crime in Hanoi city.
