Whether we should criminalize the acts of inciting or helping others to self-harm?

Abstract

The article analyzes an actual case when the ensure of social order and safety was carried out. Thereby, it evaluates and comments on the legal circumstances of this case; at the same time, points out shortcomings in the provisions of the law on acts of inciting or helping others to self-harm. It also mentions the necessity of criminalizing this act to protect human rights.
