Abstract

Article presents the position and role of the grassroots mediators, its organization and results of its implementation in Hanoi. It also evaluates the achieved results, shortcomings, limitations and reasons, then proposes solutions to enhance the works of the grassroots mediatiors in resolving conflicts and preventing, fighting against crimes and law violations in Hanoi.
