Abstract

Consignment to compulsory detoxification establishments is an administrative measure applied by competent state agencies to drug addicts aged full 18 years or older in order to detox from drug addiction and create conditions for them to work, learn culture, and do vocational training under the management of compulsory detoxification establishments. This article analyzes the contents related to the rights of the person subject to the measure of consignment to a compulsory detoxification establishment, points out a number of inadequacies and proposes directions for improvement.
