Completing provisions on sanctioning administrative violations for acts of trading smuggled goods

Abstract

Trading smuggled goods is one of the common violations in the field of commerce. To combat this violation, the State has applied different measures including administrative sanctions. However, it has remained several shortcomings on legal provisions on sanctioning administrative violations for trading smuggled goods which makes it difficult to sanction in reality. In this paper, the author analyzes some inadequacies in the legal provisions for sanctioning administrative violations for trading smuggled goods and brings out proposals for improvement.
