Improving the effectiveness of making requests for investigation activities

Abstract

One of the important activities of Prosecutors when prosecuting in the criminal case investigation stage to contribute to clarifying the truth of the case is making requests for investigation. However, over the time, this activity of Prosecutors has still remained some problems; therefore, the paper will shed light on the concept, obstacles and shortcomings then propose several solutions to improve the efficiency of making requests for investigation of Prosecutors.
