Perfecting legal provisions on the agency assigned to conduct certain investigative activities of the People’s Public Security

Abstract

The authority of the agency assigned to conduct certain investigative activities of the People’s Public Security has been stipulated in the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code, the 2015 Law on Organization of the Criminal Investigation Agency and some other relevant documents. However, these regulations still have inconsistencies that leads to difficulties in practice.
