Experience in citizen reception activity of the People’s Procuracy

Abstract

Due to the direct psychological contact between the reception staff and citizen, the citizen reception is a special and complicated activity. In order for the citizen reception activities of the People’s Procuracy to be really effective and bring into full play its role in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of citizen, this article aims to share some experiences and necessary skills to citizen reception officers at the People’s Procuracy at all levels in receiving citizens to make complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections.
