About the Crime of trespassing on other people’s accommodation under the 2015 Penal Code (amended and supplemented in 2017)

Abstract

The article studies new points in the provisions of the 2015 Penal Code (amended and supplemented in 2017) on the Crime of trespassing on other people’s accommodation; then clarifies the limitations in the handling and determination of this crime to propose some recommendations to improve this crime in the upcoming time.
