Studying on electronic notarization model of the United States and recommendations for Vietnam

Abstract

With the aiming of implementing and deploying a progressive and civilized e-government, and building a new convenient electronic notarization (E-notarization) model as well, this article studies legal regulations on E-notarization of the United States, analyzes the implementation process and evaluates its pros and cons, then proposes some reference values for Vietnam.
