Philosophy of law – New orientation in research and training in Vietnam

Abstract

Over the years, the philosophy of law (jurisprudence) has played a prominent role in the Western universities. However, in Vietnam, it has not been studied and taught as a science and as a subject. In the process of renewing and forming the legal foundation and the socialist rule of law State of Vietnam, we need to aware philosophy of law and its level. Therefore, studying philosophy of law to add this subject in our curriculum, first of all, in the philosophy and jurisprudence training system is a necessary requirement.
