Completing the regulations on the crime of using people under-16 for pornographic purposes

Abstract

The crime of using people under-16 for pornographic purposes is first specified in Article 147 of the 2015 Penal Code (amended and supplemented in 2017). However, it has remained several shortcomings and limitations which need further improvement to improve the effectiveness of the fight against sexual offenses generally and this crime particularly.
