Recommendations for law improvement on fines sactioning in sanctioning administrative violations in Vietnam currently

Abstract

Based on regulations on fines sanctioning in sanctioning administrative violations, the article analyzes the concepts, requirements and some provisions of Vietnamese law on the fines sanctioning in sanctioning administrative violations under the Law on Handling of administrative violations in 2012 (amended and supplemented in 2020), the author assesses the limitations and shortcomings of the legal regulations on this matter and gives recommendations for law improvement.
