The prosecution of resolving crime information in Tuyen Quang province

Abstract

The article studies the prosecution of resolving crime information in Tuyen Quang province from 2016 to 2020. Generally, this activity of the People’s Procuracy at all levels of Tuyen Quang province has been achieved certain results; however, it has remained a number of limitations due to both objective and subjective reasons. Thereby, it is necessary to propose remedial solutions to improve the effectiveness of that works.
