Abstract

Offenses against human health and life infringe foundamental human rights with diverse offenders, acts and tricks that adversely affect to social order and public. The evaluation and use forensic examination results plays an important role in investigating these kinds of crimes. The article analyzes the theoretical issues and skills of evaluating and using the forensic examination conclusions of Procusecutor in prosecution and supervision over the investigation of offenses against human health and life.
