Improved solution for criminal laws related to crimes of illegal gambling, organizing gambling or running gambling-dens

Abstract

Along with the society development, gambling are now increasing in severity and nature with many new forms that causes negative consequences for society. The article analyzes a number of limitations in the 2015 Penal Code (amended and supplemented in 2017) on the crimes of illegal gambling, organizating gambling or running gambling-dens, thereby proposes completed solutions.
