About “right of passage” under Article 254 of the 2015 Civil Code

Abstract

The path created on property of the owner or the adjacent user limits his certain rights on the property but he does not lose right to use and use his property. The article discusses the right of passage in the 2015 Civil Code 2015, its difficulties and proposses some recommendations.
