Some theoretical issues on the universal jurisdiction of the nation

Abstract

In the cooperation to fight and prevent crimes, the state’s jurisdiction is an important issue that is always prioritized for consideration. Only clear and legal adjudication determined will lead to effective international cooperation in crime prevention. Universal jurisdiction is one of the four national jurisdiction principles but it is national right, not obligation. Therefore, studying universal jurisdiction will be the basis for fighting the current dangerous crimes in the world.
