Perfecting principles of building a socialist rule-of-law State in the coming time

Abstract

Currently, building a theoretical system on socialist rule-of-law State is an urgent issue, in which it is necessary to clearly define the principles of building socialist rule-of-law State in Vietnam. The article clarifies the principles of building socialist rule-of-law State, then points out some limitations in implementation of these principles as well as proposes solutions to ensure the implementation of the principles of building socialist rule-of-law State in the coming time.
