Methods to build and apply mind maps in prosecuting of civil cases

Abstract

The article focuses on analyzing a number of aspects: Mind mapping tools, rules and processes for creating mind maps, building and applying mind maps to innovate Prosecutor’s thinking. Thereby, it contributes to improving the efficiency of this method’s application in prosecuting of civil cases.
