Electronic data as a source of evidence in civil proceedings

Abstract

Electronic data is supplemented by the 2015 Civil Procedure Code as a source of evidence, having the same probative value as other traditional sources of evidence. The article examines and evaluates the current situation of the civil procedure regulations on electronic data as a source of evidence; thereby proposes some recommendations to improve the law on that matter
