Abstract

That crimes of sexual abuse of people under the age of 16, including Molestation have been increasing in recent time cause serious consequences for children, their families and society. Within the scope of this article, the author analyzes a number of limitations in criminal provisions on molestation of people under the age of 16 then makes some recommendations for improvement.
