Protecting children from sexual forces and abuse under international law and its expression in the 2015 Penal Code

Abstract

By comparing the 2015 Penal Code of Vietnam (amended and supplemented in 2017) to international treaties on protecting children from sexual forces and abuse, several shortcomings in our Penal Code have been shown. The article proposes recommendations to continue to amending and supplementing a number of regulations related to that behavior in the Crimes Section of the 2015 Penal Code.
