Ensuring the right to protection of children suffering from violence in Vietnam currently

Abstract

Children suffering from violence who are members of vulnerable group, need to be protected by the State and society. The article analyzes legal regulations and reality in ensuring the right to protection of children suffering from violence currently, then proposes recommendations to improve the effectiveness of ensuring this right in Vietnam in the coming time.
