Law on the multi-purpose land use with regulations related to the development of tourism-oriented property in Vietnam

Abstract

Recently, in Vietnam, the reality of multi-purpose land use in a single land plot has risen, especially the domain of tourism real estate projects. This has led to the needs of establishment of comprehensive legal frameworks to protect the rights and interests of landowners and land users. In response to the characteristics of Vietnam’s tourism-oriented real estate, this paper focuses on the analysis and proposals related to multi-purpose land use, which is to set up a rigorous legal framework for the cultivation of tourism-oriented real estate endeavors.
