Several matters about handling denunciations, crime information and requisitions for charges

Abstract

Receiving and handling denunciations, crime information and requisitions for charges is the first stage of the process of handling criminal cases. Because of its importance, the investigation agencies have to handle it timely in accordance with the law to ensure that all crimes are promptly detected, prosecuted, investigated and handled. However, there are some shortcomings that need to be further improved in provisions of the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code on this matter for effective application in reality.
