Discussion on regulations of appointing a Company Secretary or Person in charge of corporate administration in Vietnam

Abstract

The article clarifies legal regulations and practical results on position of Company Secretary over the past 20 years since this concept was regulated in the Vietnamese business legal system, and then make recommendations to improve law on corporate governance currently.
