The role of mass media in improving the efciency of Court’s adjudication in Vietnam currently

Abstract

The adjudication of Court plays an important role in ensuring fairness, justice and establishing society discipline, so it is required to improve the efficiency of this activity. Mass media support the adjudication to be more open and transparent as well as the Court’s judgments is improved through reflecting public opinion. The article makes clear the role of mass media in the Court’s adjudication, evaluates its role in improving the efficiency of Court’s adjudication in Vietnam by analyzing typical examples. On that basis, some solutions are proposed to better promote the role of mass media in the Court’s adjudication in Vietnam today.
