Completing legal regulations on determining starting prices and conditions for participating in land use right auctions

Abstract

Land use right auction is a way to optimize State budget revenue from land. Besides positive achievements in implementing law on land use right auction, it has remained a number of obstacles. Therefore, this article analyzes and assesses legal provisions on determining starting prices and conditions for participating in land use right auctions in cases the State allocates or leases land, then make some recommendations for improvement.
