Approach to human rights in teaching criminal policy in the new phase

Abstract

The article analyzes the concept of human rights approach in teaching criminal policy; the political basis, legal basis and ethical basis in approaching human rights in teaching criminal policy; as well as analyzes and clarifies the content of the human rights approach in teaching principles of criminal policy. On that basis, the author makes recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the human rights approach in teaching criminal policy in the new phase.
