Law on void commercial contracts – Difficulties, problems and proposals, recommendations

Abstract

Commercial contract is a type of contract commonly applied in business and commercial relationships. This contract is simultaneously governed by the Civil Code and the Commercial Law. In particular, regulations on void commercial contracts play an important role in resolving commercial contract disputes. In the article, the author delves into the analysis of problems and inadequacies in the provisions of Vietnamese law on void commercial contracts, thereby providing suggestions and recommendations to improve these regulations.
