Legal policy of criminal procedure on protecting human rights in the Industrial revolution 4.0

Abstract

Building and perfecting the socialist rule-of-law state in Vietnam places increasing demands on the protection of human rights in criminal procedure, especially in the context of the fourth industrial revolution, strengthening the application of information technology, digital transformation, building a modern, professional and fair judiciary requires appropriate orientations and policies to develop and apply laws, marking the progress of the criminal procedure system in Vietnam in a new period.
