About the role of the Procuracy in mediation and dialogue activities under Law on Mediation and dialogue at court

Abstract

The article analyzes the duties and powers of the Procuracy in mediation and dialogue activities according to Law on Mediation and Dialogue at Court in 2020; thereby, gives recommendation that the Procuracy not only makes petition to review decision on recognition of successful mediation or successful dialogue but also participates in prosecuting mediation and dialogue activities.
