Electronic evidence in Chinese criminal procedure law and recommendations for Vietnam

Abstract

Electronic data plays an increasingly important role in solving criminal cases, especially cybercrime. The article analyzes the regulations on collection, storage, inspection, evaluation, and use of evidence as electronic data in Chinese criminal procedure law. On that basis, some recommendations are made to improve Vietnamese criminal procedure law to meet the requirements of the 4th Industrial Revolution.
