Some orientations for innovation in the organization and operation of the People's Procuracy in the new development period

This article analyzes the jurisprudential foundations and the role of the People’s Procuracy within the socialist state apparatus through the lens of Leninist theory. It traces the ideological evolution of the Party’s policies and the subsequent development of legal frameworks governing the status and functions of the Procuracy. Furthermore, the study evaluates the practical organization and contemporary operations of the People’s Procuracy to identify current institutional dynamics. Building on this assessment, the article proposes strategic orientations for reforming the Procuracy’s organizational structure and operational efficacy. These recommendations aim to align the institution with the requirements for constructing and perfecting the Socialist Rule-of-Law State of Vietnam in the current era of national development.
