The model of Vietnamese Penal Code in line with the direction of extending sources of criminal law

Drawing on an overview of the expansion of criminal law sources in Vietnam, this article examines the impact on the Penal Code and other criminal legislation. It further recommends reforms to the existing Penal Code to develop a legal model consistent with this broader approach to legal sources.
