Vietnam Asset Management Company – VAMC is one of the key subjects in dealing with bad debts in commercial banks. However, some regulations about VAMC’s operation have witnessed inadequacies, limitations that are no longer suitable to the actual situation. Therefore, it is essential to amend and supplement a number of regulations on VAMC’s operation.
