APPLYING HO CHI MINH’S IDEOLOGY ON SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT AND CREATIVE INNOVATION IN THAI NGUYEN PROVINCE TODAY

Abstract

Science and technology and innovation are now considered important keys to create competitiveness and great strength in the socio-economic development of countries in order to affirm their position on the international stage. Using materialist dialectical methodology, synthetic analysis, logic - history method, the article studies the application of Ho Chi Minh's ideology on the development of science and technology and innovation in Thai Nguyen province today. The research results analyzed and clarified the basic contents of Ho Chi Minh's ideology on the development of science and technology, innovation, some achieved results and limitations in the application of Ho Chi Minh's ideology on the development of science and technology and innovation in the Thai Nguyen province. The research results contribute to proposing a number of solutions to develop science and technology and innovation to contribute to socio-economic development in the province Thai Nguyen province currently following Ho Chi Minh's ideology.
