THE EXPERIENCES OF HANOI CITY'S PARTY COMMITTEE IN BUILDING A TEAM OF PARTY MEMBERS IN THE PERIOD OF 2005-2015

Abstract

The building and improving the quality of the Party members of the Hanoi Party Committee during the renovation period, especially the period 2005-2015 achieved important results, not only contributed to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization but also brought many valuable experiences in the work of Party building and improving the quality of Party members. Therefore, the experiences in building a team of party members of Hanoi City Party Committee have been clarified by many scientific works. However, there have not been any projects directly discussing the experiences of Hanoi City Party Committee in building a team of party members in the period 2005-2015. This article uses statistical methods, analysis methods, and synthesis of research issues to clarify some experiences from the work of building a team of party members of the Hanoi City Party Committee during the period of 2005-2015. The research results show that the experiences of the Hanoi City Party Committee in building the party team in the period 2005-2015 are still valuable in the current work of building a team of party members.
