Abstract
Strengthening the connection between vocational training management at colleges and enterprises is an urgent requirement in the current context when Vietnam is promoting industrialization, modernization and international integration. To obtain information on the current situation of industrial electrical vocational training management at colleges in the Red River Delta in the direction of cohesion with enterprises, the author conducted a survey of 1,909 managers, lecturers and students of 7 colleges and 5 enterprises. The research results collected 1,275 votes (accounting for 66.78%) of respondents who said that the current situation of colleges has been connected with enterprises in vocational training. However, the connection has only stopped at some individual activities such as visiting, sponsoring scholarships without providing comprehensive measures and models of cohesion. The research results point out the shortcomings and limitations in vocational training management activities at colleges in the direction of cohesion with enterprises. On that basis, the research proposes some measures and models of connection in vocational training management, bringing benefits to colleges and the needs of enterprises.
