Abstract

In the context of international integration and digital transformation, the need to improve the quality of human resources has become a strategic task to achieve the goal of industrialization and modernization of the country. The Northern Midlands and Mountains region with its special position in terms of economy, society and national defense is being prioritized for investment and development by the Party and State, in which education and training play a key role. The study aims to analyze the current situation and propose solutions to improve the quality of human resource training at the University of Economics and Business Administration - Thai Nguyen University, to meet the recruitment needs of the labor market in the region. By collecting, analyzing and synthesizing documents, the article conducts a comprehensive assessment of the current training situation and human resource needs of the region. The study affirms that innovation in teaching content and methods, strengthening the connection between schools and businesses, as well as investing in teaching staff and facilities are urgent solutions to form a high-quality human resource team, contributing to the implementation of the strategy for sustainable socio-economic development of the region and the country.
