Abstract

In Ho Chi Minh’s ideological system, the thought of human rights has rich and profound content. Ho Chi Minh is one of the few Vietnamese who approached the earliest and most profound human rights issues and he himself strived to sacrifice his life for the realization of human rights. Therefore, there have been many clarifying scientific works on the issue of human rights. However, direct research on the conditions to ensure human rights in reality in Vietnam today according to Ho Chi Minh’s ideology approached from the perspective of Political Science is a new direction. The article focuses on human rights and the conditions to ensure human rights according to Ho Chi Minh's point of view based on analyzing, evaluating and synthesizing documents; thereby gives out some recommendations of guaranteeing human rights in the current period to meet the requirements of the country in the stage of integration, industrialization and modernization and meanwhile, proving the humanity depth and thoroughness in Ho Chi Minh's thought about human rights.
