Abstract

This research developed a set of advanced quality management standards in tea product control at TH Hai Dang Co., Ltd. with the aim of reviewing the company's level of control to the entire production process from raw materials to the finished product and distribution process. By using research methods to collect secondary information documents and information synthesis methods with a strict theoretical framework, the research was carried out through four stages including Quality planning, Quality control, Quality assurance, and Quality improvement according to ISO 22000:2018 standards. The research outcomes have reflected the effectiveness of 14 tea product quality control processes of this ISO standard set, thereby proposing key solutions to continue improving the value, competitiveness, and uniformity of the company's tea quality standards and affirmed its position as a specialty crop and strength of Thai Nguyen province.
